JJC has been appointed to provide civil and structural engineering services to the scheme beside the 3Arena in Dublin’s Point Village (Tender Stage).
The scheme will consist of two office blocks of six and eight storeys and will contain offices above one storey basement. The basement will be formed approximately 4m below street level and its construction will involve the installation of secant piled wall around the perimeter of the site.
The superstructure will comprise steel composite cellular beams with composite metal deck floor slab. The steel columns will be set out on a 16x6m grids and cellular beams will allow to integrate services within a minimal structural void.
