One of Temple Bars landmark building with 4 floors of entertainment – 3 bars, 2 dance floors. The side extension is constructed of a structural steel skeleton frame over basement, foundations are pile caps on odex type piles. Building cantilevers over the river poddle which runs directly under its South West corner Facade.
