South Anne Street is a prime location off Dublin’s main shopping street, Grafton Street. The development comprises of a five-storey over 6.5m deep basement. Ground and first floor are retail while second, third and fourth floors are offices. The four storey façade along South Anne Street had to be retained and the perimeter on two other sides adjoins existing building. The basement is completely tanked with anti-floatation rock anchors in the basement slab.
