Powerscourt House, Enniskerry

Powerscourt House, an 18th century Palladian house which was designed by the German born architect Richard Cassels. It was totally gutted by fire in 1974 when the walls buckled and collapsed. The restoration required innovative engineering to entire reconstruction of listed building within.
