JJC are excited to contribute to the redevelopment project for IPUT.

Situated on the northern side of Hatch Street, facing the Harcourt Street Green Line Luas stop, this property has undergone comprehensive building improvement works. These enhancements include top-tier occupier amenities, an upgraded reception area, a revamped façade, and the addition of a new café unit on the ground floor. The glazed façade, featuring fins, not only enhances the building’s aesthetics but also boosts its environmental performance.

JJC were responsible for structural engineering design and monitoring of construction for the project.
