Redevelopment of the U2 owned Clarence Hotel, designed by Sir Norman Foster. The luxury 5 star plus hotel would be a 21 century symbol for Dublin. The Hotel is designed as a smooth elliptical form rising from existing structure and crowned by the ‘Skycatche’, which accommodates the ‘Sky Room’, an entirely glazed space which offers spectacular views across the city.
