Percy Place

55 Percy Place is a four storey block over basement. It is comprised of 12 apartments, three office suites, a retail unit and restaurant at ground floor level. At ground floor level the restaurant opens out onto the canal. A new public space has been created at street level which addresses both Percy Place and Haddington Road.

J.J. Campbell & Associates were responsible for all aspects of civil and structural engineering design and monitoring of construction for the overall project.
